Do you build online stores?
Yes, we build online stores, including Vonedoll Beauty. Stores are priced by quote because the price depends on your business's needs and its business plan.
If you want to sell online, start by explaining what you sell and how customers buy it today. You can bring an existing shop or a business you are getting ready to open. We need to know what you want the store to do before we can price it.
What can I see in the store example?
Vonedoll Beauty sells makeup. The live storefront shows lip kits, blush palettes and setting spray, with product pictures and prices. Its lip kit page shows shade choices, a quantity control and an "Add to bag" button. The site also shows a shopping bag.
You can look through those pages to see an example of our store work. Notice what the customer can read before choosing a product and how the pictures sit beside the description.
When you bring us an example, explain which part interests you. You might like how a product page presents choices, or want help figuring out how to explain your own items. We can plan from there.
What products should I bring to the quote conversation?
List the products you want to offer when the store opens. Do any come in different sizes or colors? A list of the items and their choices helps explain what we need to plan.
What information does a customer need before buying? If you sell clothing, for example, would they need measurements to choose a size? Bring the product descriptions you have and note which questions your customers keep asking.
Bring any pictures you want to use. Are they current, and is it clear which picture belongs to each item? Point out any missing photos, and we will sort out who supplies them.
How do customers buy from you today?
Tell us whether people buy at a counter, send a message or call you. What do they ask before you take an order? Explaining that process helps us understand the job you want the website to take on.
For a shop taking orders through messages, a useful example is a typical exchange. What does the customer choose, and what does your staff need to confirm? Describe the steps in your own words without including a customer's personal details.
Explain whether you plan to keep selling in the same way alongside the website. Would your staff need to change any part of how they handle orders? Bring those answers to the quote, especially if the store has to fit around work you already do.
What should I decide about shipping and pickup?
Tell us where you want to send products. Will customers collect from your shop? If you are still deciding, tell us which options you are considering.
How would a customer know when and where to collect an order? If you want to offer pickup, what would staff need to know before handing it over? Walking through an imagined order can help you describe the process you have in mind.
For shipping, what information would you need from the buyer, and how would you decide what to charge? Note any items that need different handling. Bring the way you handle deliveries today, along with any changes you are considering for online orders.
What should I bring up about payments?
How do you take payment now, and how would you like online customers to pay? Do you already have a payment account you want to use? Bring its name and explain how it fits the business today.
Decide when you would want to take payment in the order process. What would staff need to check afterward? For example, a business that currently confirms an order by phone should explain that step when planning the website.
You can raise these questions before choosing tools. We need to understand the buying process you want, including the parts your staff handles, to work out the job and its price.
How does my business plan affect the quote?
Your plans help explain what belongs in the store you are asking us to build. Separate the products that are ready now from those that might come later. Are you starting with your current range or planning a different way to sell?
A shop adding online sales may need different work from a business preparing its first products. Explain what is already settled and where you want help making a decision. A product you are only considering should be marked that way in your notes.
The store quote depends on those business needs and your business plan. Send us what you have through our contact page, including any existing website address. We can use that to go over the work before agreeing a price.
