We typically reply within one business day. When you email, a quick line on your company and what prompted the outreach helps us come to the call ready.
Start with your project.
Have a specific compliance question?
A CMMC clause, an accessibility deadline, or an AI idea you're not sure is safe.
What to include in your first message.
A short description of your company and what prompted the outreach is enough to begin. Tell us what should work better, who needs to use it, and what happens today. If you have a current website or application, include its public address. If there is a deadline, explain what is driving it so it can be part of the discussion.
For a website, describe the service or product you need to explain and the action a visitor should take. For an application, describe the task and the person doing it. For custom software or an integration, name the tools involved and the step your team has to repeat. You do not need a finished technical specification to explain a problem.
For security and compliance work, describe the question at a high level. It may concern a contract requirement, a document backlog, or a workflow involving sensitive information. That gives us a starting point without needing the underlying files in the first email.
Keep the first message at a high level.
Please do not email passwords, access keys, regulated material, or personal financial information. If sensitive information is involved, say so without attaching it. We can arrange an appropriate way to exchange it after understanding the situation. The first conversation should help define the work without exposing the information you need to protect.
We use what you share to answer your question and understand a potential project. Emailing us or having an initial call does not create an engagement. Any project is governed by a separate signed agreement that sets out the work and its terms.
What happens after we talk.
We start with what needs to work better and discuss what the work involves. Before a build begins, we agree on the scope. During the build, we share working versions early, test real tasks and failure states, and document the software. You own the code we build, with access and documentation handed over so you can run it.
If the scope changes, we discuss it before work continues. The aim of the first conversation is to understand the situation well enough to decide on a useful next step. Email or call with the question you have now; we can work through the details from there.
