Website plan terms

These terms cover the website plans you enroll in through our payment page. They sit alongside our Terms of Service.

1. Who these terms are between

These terms are between you, the business enrolling in a plan, and ThinkCodec LLC. If we have a signed scope agreement with you, it also applies, and where the two differ, the signed agreement controls.

2. Plans and prices

Monthly plans, with nothing up front: Essential, $99 per month. Professional, $199 per month. Practice, $349 per month. Buy outright: Essential, $599, then $29 per month. Professional, $1,499, then $59 per month. Practice, $2,999, then $99 per month. Prices are in US dollars. The plan and price you enroll in are the ones shown on the payment page.

3. What each plan includes

The monthly price includes the domain, hosting, unlimited text and photo edits, and ongoing updates and fixes. The buy-outright monthly covers hosting and the domain.

4. When billing starts

Nothing is charged until the site is live and you have seen it. Your first charge happens when you complete enrollment on our payment page. After that, your plan renews monthly, counted from the day you enrolled. If you buy outright, your first charge is the one-time build plus your first month of hosting and the domain.

5. How you pay

Payments are processed by Stripe. You can pay from a US bank account or with a card. When you enroll, you authorize ThinkCodec LLC to charge the payment method you choose for your plan each month until you cancel. Bank payments also follow the authorization shown on the payment page.

6. Sales tax

Prices do not include sales tax. Where sales tax applies, it is added as its own line on your invoice.

7. No minimum term

Plans are month to month, with no minimum term.

8. Canceling

You can cancel at any time from your billing portal, by calling (469) 754-8315, or by emailing [email protected]. Canceling stops future charges. Your plan stays active through the end of the month you have already paid for.

9. Failed payments

If a payment fails, Stripe will try it again, and we will contact you.

10. Changes and extra work

Your price is set before we start. We do not charge for anything extra without your written approval. If we change these terms in a way that affects your price or billing, we will tell you in writing before the change applies to you.

11. What you keep

The domain is registered in your name on your own account. The site runs on your own hosting account, with access you control and can revoke. You keep the domain, site, code, and hosting account.

12. No guarantees

We do not guarantee search rankings, leads, revenue, or new customers.

13. Invoices and receipts

Your invoices and payment history are available in your billing portal.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, as set out in the governing law and venue section of our Terms of Service.
